Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the policies of the marketplace through which the transaction was made.
The Services may include game machines such as Little Piggies, Buffalo Gold, Triple Sevens, Mo' Mummy Mighty Pyramid, Cash Machine 2 Multiplier, and 4 Pots Of Egypt, as well as other machines or features added over time. Availability, artwork, rules, reward mechanics, virtual coin costs, feature names, and gameplay may change without notice as the Services are updated.
All outcomes, rewards, jackpots, bonuses, prizes, and similar features refer only to virtual in-game results unless expressly stated otherwise. Nothing in the Services should be interpreted as an offer of real-money gambling or a promise of financial gain.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKY SAIL SLOTS AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US THROUGH THE SERVICES DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT RESULT.
Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Sail Slots and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms solely to the extent required by the applicable App Store terms.
